Omar Adnan Al-welye is Head of the Border Patrol at the Border Ports Commission. He holds a PhD in Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws degree, and is a graduate of the Police Academy. He has served as Head of the Frontier Outpost Life Guard since 2020.
